Policies

Orders placed for over 10+ bags of feed must be paid for in full at time of order. If not paid, your order will not be processed. If less than 10 bags, order may be paid upon pick up or delivery.
Order pick up can be arranged by calling 330-314-7137 to schedule and picked up at warehouse in Brookfield, Ohio. Pick up days and times are flexible.
Order delivery can be arranged for 10 bags or less within a 45 mile radius of Brookfield, Ohio. Deliveries will incur a mileage fee of $0.86/mile from our warehouse.

All feed is stored in a heated facility with concrete flooring, adequate pest control and proper ventilation. Questions on feed quality or accuracy must be made directly to the feed company. We have a strict no return or refund policy.
